Game master (CDI and CDD contract)

TEAM MEMBER / GAME MASTER POSITION AT GLORIOUS ESCAPE GAME SAINT-BRICE-SOUS-FORÊT

PERMANENT / FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (CDI / CDD)

Glorious Escape is the largest Escape Game venue in Val-d’Oise (95), offering 600 m² of space with 7 escape rooms.
We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members / Game Masters to join our growing team.

Main qualities required for this position:

A genuine sense of hospitality and customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.

Main responsibilities:

• Welcome players (help them store their belongings, offer restroom access, and invite them to refresh themselves before the session).
• Introduce yourself, explain safety rules, and present the story to create a fully immersive experience (acting skills appreciated).
• Monitor the smooth progress of the game session (camera supervision).
• Conduct a debriefing with players at the end of the session (take a souvenir photo).
• Reset and prepare the room for the next group.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout the day and at closing time (cleaning common areas, restrooms, emptying bins, etc.).
• Check stock levels and anticipate shortages by notifying your manager (drinks, cleaning products, etc.).
• Ensure all escape rooms are in good working condition (some light maintenance may be required).

Training and experience:

Junior receptionist level (high school diploma minimum).
Experience in customer service.
Knowledge of the Escape Game industry is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong hosting and presentation abilities
• Good command of computer tools (PC environment)
• Organized, communicative, and team-oriented
• Curious, versatile, and handy

Positions available immediately:

Permanent / Fixed-term contracts (CDI / CDD)
Evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts required.

Compensation:

Based on the French minimum hourly wage (SMIC), with the possibility of overtime (up to 40 hours per week) and quarterly bonuses based on performance.
