Our puzzles are designed for teams of 2 to 7 people.

If you are a larger group, you can book several rooms and play with up to 36 participants at the same time.

For any special event (corporate seminar, birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party…), feel free to contact us by phone or through our booking form.

Yes, we offer puzzles in English.

Our puzzles are originally designed for a minimum of 3 players.

However, if Escape Games hold no secrets for you, it is possible to book for the minimum number of players (3 people) and come as a duo.

From the age of 12, you can participate in one of our adventures if accompanied by an adult.

From the age of 15, you may come without a chaperone.

You should plan about 1 hour and 30 minutes on site:

• Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time
• 1 hour to solve the puzzle
• 15 minutes to collect your belongings and take the souvenir photo

Our reception area as well as the game rooms are accessible to everyone (including people with reduced mobility).

You can modify your reservation up to 5 days in advance.

We can change the date, add additional players (within the available limit).

Players who are absent or groups that do not show up cannot be refunded.

It's very simple: there is no password to remember.

Just enter the email address and phone number used during your booking. You will then receive a 6-digit code by email to log in securely. This process can be repeated as many times as needed.

To download your photo, log in to your Customer Area and simply click on the "Photos" tab.

Please note: your photos remain available for download for 30 days after your game.

You can access your purchase history and find your gift vouchers by logging into your Customer Area.
